Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Glacier Technology Solutions, LLC. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services. If you are accessing and using the services on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Technology Solutions & IT Services

Glacier Technology Solutions, LLC provides a range of technology and IT services, which may include but are not limited to managed IT services, infrastructure design and implementation, cloud services, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and technical support. The specific details, scope, timelines, and deliverables of the services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between Glacier Technology Solutions, LLC and the client.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be detailed in the client's SOW or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide Glacier Technology Solutions, LLC with all necessary information, data, and access to systems and accounts (e.g., servers, workstations, network devices, cloud environments, and relevant administrative credentials) required to perform the agreed-upon services. Delays in providing this information may impact project timelines and results.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party. This includes business strategies, client lists, and performance data. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Glacier Technology Solutions, LLC strives to provide the highest quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The technology landscape is constantly changing, and factors beyond our control can affect system performance and availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glacier Technology Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the SOW. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Glacier Technology Solutions, LLC site. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
